Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the package and the destination of your shipping address. You can easily see your shipping costs by adding the products you'd like to purchase to the basket. Afterwards you can get a shipping cost estimate on the right side of the cart, after entering your destination country and ZIP code. Easy, huh? We're looking forward for your order!

Shipping duration

Your shipment process contains multiple parts:

• 1.: Our team processing your custom made items and packing your package
• 2.: DHL delivering it to your address

Processing & Packing duration

Depending on the items you ordered, your order might get processed and packed within different time spans.

1-2 days: most simple standard items like weblocks, shackles

4-5 days: more complex items like customized pulley systems, customized webbing length pieces

4-14 days: very complex items like customized webbings with sewn loops, customized longline sets and so on

Delivery duration

The delivery time DHL needs to bring the package to your door must be added to that time of course. We kindly ask for your patience, we work hard to get things at the fastest lane to your door, but please remember: we're humans like you are ;)

DHL Delivery time within the EU: usually 1 week

DHL Delivery time outside the EU: usually 2-4 weeks, depending on the destination
